Q, Do you charge any fees or have any minimum order amount?

A, No minimums, contracts or quotas. We do not have an application fee - we simply want to work with our resellers to sell product, not place roadblocks and hurdles in the way of potential resellers.

Q, What do you offer your resellers?

A, We offer our resellers great margins, a dedicated sales rep, sales support, marketing materials, tech support and a reseller renewal and license portal.

Q, What payment methods do you accept?

A, We currently take Visa, Master Card or Electronic Payment. We also take cheques on Net 15 accounts. If you wish terms you can request a terms agreement form or download it from resellers portal.

Q, What return policies do you have for resellers?

A, We do have a return policy - we currently will accept returns on unused products at price paid by reseller value - if reseller bought on special at 12.00 and wants to return after special has ended - we will only credit amount paid by reseller. We have a 10% restocking fee - this is to cover CC and admin costs.
