We are located in Kelowna BC Canada - our recovery centre is located in the Atrium building which is a high-tech facility located at Innovation Place, Saskatoon's world-renowned research and development park. Our facilities feature state-of-the-art electronic security, automatic sensing systems, and high standards for energy efficiency. The premises is patrolled by security personal 24/7/365 and our premises is monitored using advanced digital video security equipment.
Our data center uses genuine IBM System x3550 rack mount servers utilizing the latest Intel Quad-Core Xeon processors and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V technology. Our network is protected using multiple layers of security starting with Sonicwall Pro series UTM Firewalls which are connected to redundant fiber optic providers ensuring extremely fast connections and peering with all major networks. All equipment is protected using APC Smart-UPS battery backups and natural gas generator.
